MRF Hub-and-Spoke Monitoring Platform
Monitor each Material Recovery Facility as part of a connected network instead of maintaining isolated registers for every site. The platform can link spoke MRF dispatches with hub receipts, transport movement and processing outcomes.
When spoke facilities, transport vehicles and the central hub maintain separate records, officers cannot quickly verify how much material moved, whether the assigned route was followed, or whether the hub received the dispatched quantity.
Capabilities available in the portal
Purpose-built records and workflows aligned with practical municipal operations.
How the workflow operates
A clear digital path from setup and field entry to officer review.
Operational value for the ULB
Frequently asked questions
Common questions from Urban Local Bodies evaluating this solution.
Can the portal show every MRF connected to one central hub?
Yes. Each MRF can be stored as a GIS facility and linked to a designated hub, processing plant or destination with operational and transfer records.
Can officers see the distance and weight transferred from each MRF?
Yes. The transfer record can retain planned or road distance, GPS-derived movement where available, dispatch weight, receipt weight and the resulting variance.
Is a digital weighbridge compulsory?
No. Direct integration is preferred when a suitable digital or API output exists, while controlled manual entry with evidence can be used where integration is unavailable.
Can wet and dry waste destinations be monitored separately?
Yes. Material streams and destinations can be configured separately so wet waste, dry waste, recyclables and rejects remain traceable.
